Art class on the fly

The art teacher has pneumonia, so I had to come up with a project for today. Since tomorrow is St. Patrick's Day, I decided to do a lesson on colors. I figured since they worked so hard on their tests, the least I could do was break out the paints and let them get messy.

First we used red, yellow and blue to mix the secondary colors orange, green and purple.



Then we painted a rainbow!


A good time (and a big mess) was had by all :)
