three things (cuz you know you wanna know)

Here's something fun that I found on Megan's site. Feel free to try it yourself! It's a great distraction from all the work I'm supposed to be doing. Procrastination is a wonderful thing. :)

3 names I go by: Adrienne, Dree, Miss M

3 screen names I've had: Dree1633, Dreemy16, Dree33 (quite original, huh?)

3 physical things I like about myself: my eyes, my feet, my hair

3 parts of my heritage: I only have two - Polish and Ukrainian

3 things I am wearing right now: t-shirt, pajama shorts, socks

3 favorite bands/musical artists: Currently... Beatles, Weezer, Ben Folds (but I left out many, many, many others...)

3 favorite songs: Again, these are my current favorites, as my tastes change almost daily... "I Only Have Eyes For You" (Flamingos), "If I Fell" (Beatles)... damnit, it's too hard... I can't choose 3! Okay, fine. "Landed," Ben Folds.

3 things I want in a relationship: laughter, honesty, equality

3 things about the preferred sex that appeal to me: sense of humor, intelligence, faith

3 favorite hobbies: writing, reading, scrapbooking

3 things I want to do badly right now: be finished with my grad class, hire someone to do my end of the year paper-work, go on a very long vacation (where there is nothing for me to do except read, drink, suntan and sleep)

3 things that scare me: black olives, heights, a life of spinster-hood

3 of my everyday essentials: chapstick, cell phone, coffee

3 careers you have considered or are considering: first grade classroom teacher (current profession), reading specialist (future profession), college professor teaching education (possibility)

3 places you want to go on vacation: France (I didn't see enough of it the first time), Australia, and anyplace tropical

3 kids' names you like: Grace, Gabriella, Katherine (for girls). Christopher, Alexander, Jamie (for boys).

3 things you want to do before you die: learn to speak Spanish semi-fluently, get married & have family (it counts as one, shut up), write the ultimate novel about a year in the life of a teacher

3 ways I am stereotypically a boy: I think "The Simpsons" and "Family Guy" are pure genius, I love ice hockey, I'd rather have a beer than a girly-drink

3 ways I am stereotypically a girl: I own about 40 pairs of shoes (several of them black), my toenails are always painted, I insist that I have "nothing to wear" despite a closetful of clothes

3 celebrity crushes: Jude Law, Brad Pitt, Rob what's-his-name from "Survivor"/"Amazing Race" (I know, that's just wrong)

Well, that was fun while it lasted. Now I guess I have to go back to studying for my midterm. :-Þ

But I LOVE black olives!

I also love "The Simpsons" and I can't even understand why someone wouldn't.
